Recyrcle.

A green start-up endeavouring to incorporate the process of local recycling into our daily routine with an app, and bring the idea of turning waste into products a reality, with research into 3D printing.

I worked with Recyrcle to build upon the strength of their brand and mission; designing a unique circular economy diagram, visualising persona data and designing the UX and UI of the ‘Collectors App’.

Personas

I researched and communicated the clients desired customer base, outlining the user’s interests and back-story to provide an insight in to the potential response to the product and overall concept. (Personas below).

UX/UI Design.

I designed and visualised the app that the rubbish collectors, a key part of the circular system, would use on their collection bike route. I took was guided by the look and feel of my brand guidelines and the user app, but I made tweaks where appropriate, like increasing the size of the buttons on the bottom bar for accessibility when riding a bike or wearing gloves and extra layers.
